UNLOCKED Cars:
Over the last several nights four cars in our community were opened and rummaged through. According to the police, the MO of this type of incident is for a group of 3-6 people to check out all cars in an area late at night to determine which ones are unlocked. They then open and loot each one. Once they find an area where there are unlocked cars, they tend to keep coming back. For the safety of your family and your neighbors, please lock your cars at night.

I thank GOD everyday that I have two healthy children who live a very sheltered life and have everything they need and a lot of what they want. But not all children are as lucky. Synclair’s Outdoor Café started as a labor of love several years ago when I heard about a group of children who live in severe poverty. Children who may never experience the opportunities most of our children do. 45% of all profits from the sale of this book will go to help build a school for these needy children so they too can have a future. I hope that you're in a position to buy one or more of these books but if you can't, I ask you to please forward this e-mail to everyone in your address book. Thanks in advance for your help.
May God's Love surround you today and always, Nanci Mayo
Special Update: In light of the recent and ongoing tragedy in Haiti, 100% of the profits from the sale of the book will go to Haiti. 50% will go to immediate needs and 50% will go to the long term goal of building a school in Maissade.
